Wireless internet is available in the hotel for free. To connect select the "Sources de Caudalie" network.

A laptop is at your disposal in the lobby. There is also a business center where you can access a computer and a printer.

  • Reception or room service: dial 9. A receptionist is at your service 24/7.
  • The Vinotherapie spa: dial 260

To call
  • Another room: dial 1 followed by the two-figure room number (e.g. 107 for Room 7 and 121 for Room 21)
  • An outside line: dial 0 followed by the telephone number
  • A telephone number abroad: dial 0 followed by 00 and the country dialling code then the telephone number

Wake-up call

Contact Reception to request a wake-up call.

Air-conditioning/Heating

Your room is equipped with a thermostat which allows you to adjust the air conditioning to cool you down in the summer or to activate heating in winter.

Electricity

The hotel has a 220-Volt electricity supply. Adapters are available at Reception.

Key

Do not forget to leave your room key at Reception when you go out and when you check out. A lost key will be charged at 120€.

Security & safety deposit box

A safe is available in your room. We advise you to keep all your valuables in the safe. The Hotel Management will not be held liable for any lost items.
We recommend that you check that your door and French-windows are closed when you leave your room and while you are asleep.

Minibar

A selection of drinks is available in the minibar in your room, which is refilled daily. For anything else, please refer to the Room Service page. It is our pleasure to serve you in your room.

Bath products

All Caudalie products offered in your bathroom are guaranteed 0% Parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, mineral oils, or animal ingredients.
